- Every Saturday, enjoy Free Parking at The Parkade! Plus, at the surface lot across Eatology and by the Library. Look for the signs.
- September 16th: 11am - 4pm @ Civic Plaza (by Museum). It's The End of Summer Party! With 3 bands, Food Trucks, Games and much more. View our event page, for further details. FREE to Attend (all ages).
- October 16 - 21 is Small Business Week. Follow our socials and event page for details as we get closer to the date.
- October 31st, is The Treat Trail! Bring the family downtown for treats between 3pm - 5pm, (before you head into your own community). The list of prticipating businesses, will be featured on our event page upon completion.
- December 2023: Let It Glow! Free Parking Saturdays AND see Santa for a free photo, meet his elves, win prizes in our Letters To Santa and other contests. Free Parking (at all meters) & meet Santa: Dec. 2, 9, 16 & the 23rd.
- February: During The Vernon Winter Carnival, enjoy our popular Chili Cook Off and award winning Gold Rush scavenger hunt! Stay tuned for details, closer to these events.
- We have a fun 'Walk-In' Mural on the corner of 29 Ave & 31 Street. Stand in front of it and place your hand on either the paint brush or roller and smile! Take a photo w/family & friends (and tag us) as you Shop, Eat, Explore in Downtown Vernon.
- Mid March is our annual Taste of Downtown Vernon, indoor event. Stay tuned for details.
- The Sunshine Festival happens mid June! 6 blocks of 30th Ave are closed to traffic. Enjoy vendors and our wonderful shops, a kids zone, food zone, live entertainment and so much more. Stay tuned for details, as we get closer to this event.
- July & August enjoy the pedestrian block, called The 2900 Plaza.
